Where is the Boutique?
We are located on the top floor of Plumage Boutique, please use the entrance of Plumage Boutique.
Is there parking near you?
Yes, Monday to Saturday there is parking available in the Waitrose car park which is to the rear of our boutique and evenings after 6 pm and all day Sunday there is free parking in front of the boutique.
What if the dress I choose doesn’t fit perfectly? Can you alter it?
Yes, we have a very experienced seamstress available who can alter the dress for you. Costs will vary according to the alterations required.
Can I wear make-up when coming to try the dresses on?
We like to keep all our dresses as pristine as possible, so please don’t wear any makeup to your appointment to avoid the dresses getting stained. Please also avoid having a spray tan at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Do I have to book an appointment to come and try the dresses on?
Yes, we operate a ‘by appointment only’ system to ensure that you receive the care and attention that you deserve for your special day. Please contact us to make an appointment
What sizes do you stock?
We always have a wide range of sizes usually ranging from sizes 6 to 22+ dresses. But please remember that as all our dresses are ‘one-offs’ our stock changes regularly and therefore we advise that you check our stock on our website for our current sizes.
Are all the pre-loved wedding dresses in good condition?
Yes, we take pride in ensuring that all our dresses are in very good condition, have been dry-cleaned and are ready to be worn again.
Are all the dresses pre-loved?
No, we do have brand new, never worn and ex-sample wedding dresses as well.
Are the dresses genuine designer dresses?
Yes, all the dresses we have are genuine and are from leading designers. We do not knowingly take in any dresses that are replica dresses e.g. from China, Japan etc.
